We strive to deliver perfect products to our customers. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we are here to help you process your return as quickly as possible according to the guidelines below.


Please Read Before Requesting a Return

- Eligible for Return: Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of seller error, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

- Ineligible for Return: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection (personal fit preferences), or slight color variations caused by monitor resolutions.

- Return Restrictions: Returns may be rejected if there are signs of use (such as leather creases, wrinkles, or stains), if the product is personalized/custom-made or if the packaging has been damaged due to customer negligence.

Notice for UK/EEA Residents: If you reside in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA), mandatory local consumer protection laws (including the 14-day right of withdrawal) shall take precedence over any conflicting terms in this policy.

 

📦 Return Process 

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@cwear.co.kr within the return window with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Inspection & Refund Completion Once the package arrives, we will inspect the item within 2 business days and process the refund within 5 business days. If you do not receive a refund confirmation email after 7 business days from the arrival of your package, please contact us via email.

- Once the item is confirmed to be in its proper condition, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Estimated Timeline: It takes an average of about 2 week from the date of shipment to the final refund completion. (This may be slightly delayed depending on local customs or courier circumstances.)


Additional Refund Information

- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to reflect in your account. For precise details on processing times, please contact your bank or card provider directly.
